I have worked on a wide variety of environmental matters as arbitrator, mediator, counsel . This has included work that involved the following agencies or entities: EPA, USBR, USFWS, USACE, USFS, USDA, Departments of Army and Navy, various states (including Colorado, Idaho, New Mexico, Nevada, Kansas, Nebraska, Missouri), counties and cities as well as regional organizations.
